User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction
FitRegion respects your privacy. You may request deletion of data associated with your FitRegion account or with a Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform connection.
2. How to request data deletion
Send an email to info@fitregion.com.

3. What information to include in your request
- Email associated with your FitRegion account.
- Name or business name, if applicable.
- Information about the connected Meta or WhatsApp Business account, if applicable.
- A brief description of the request.
4. What data may be deleted
Depending on each case, deletion may include account data, data associated with Meta/WhatsApp integrations, and connection tokens or identifiers when applicable. It may also include communication data managed by FitRegion when legally possible.
5. Identity verification
FitRegion may request additional information to verify the identity or authority of the requester before deleting data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
6. Response timeframe
We process verified requests in accordance with applicable data protection law and within a reasonable timeframe. We normally respond within 30 days, unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeframe.
7. Data we may need to retain
We may retain certain information when needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with contractual requirements.
