FitRegion is a B2B SaaS platform for personal trainers and fitness professionals. These terms apply to the website, platform, and related features.

FitRegion provides tools for lead management, client communication, business workflows, and messaging/automation features. Some features may integrate third-party services, including WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta APIs.

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity performed under their account. Accounts may have different roles, such as admin or trainer.

FitRegion may not be used for spam, abuse, fraud, illegal content, or unsolicited messaging. Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies, as well as applicable law. Messages should only be sent to people who requested information or provided valid consent.

FitRegion can enable messaging to leads/clients through WhatsApp. The user is responsible for having a valid legal basis or consent before contacting recipients. Recipients may opt out or object to receiving messages at any time. FitRegion may integrate third-party APIs/services such as Meta/WhatsApp, Supabase, Vercel, and other technical providers when required to deliver the service.

FitRegion may change, suspend, or temporarily interrupt parts of the service. We aim to maintain reasonable availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, FitRegion is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business opportunities, or outcomes derived from user decisions. FitRegion does not guarantee specific business, sales, health, or fitness results.

FitRegion may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these terms, abuse, spam, fraud, or use contrary to third-party platform policies.

FitRegion may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on the website.
